James grew up on Amelia Island and enjoys serving the Amelia Island community. James grew up on Amelia Island and enjoys serving the Amelia Island community. After graduating from the University of Florida with a degree in Economics, James spent 6 years in sales management and marketing with JCPenney. In 2015, he moved back to the island to launch his real estate business and has been a top producer every year since. James has served on the Amelia Island Plantation Community Association Board as well as on the Boys and Girls Club Marketing Committee. In 2020, he married his wife, a beautiful Fernandina Beach native, Carrie. Together, they live at the Amelia Island Plantation with their son Parks, and French Bulldog, Ralph.

Dave graduated from Duke University with a degree in Accounting. He first came to Amelia Island in 1974 when his family purchased a Captain's Court Villa at the Amelia Island Plantation. Dave moved here full-time with his family in 2001. He worked as a CPA with an international accounting firm before purchasing an Ice Manufacturing and Distribution Business in Jacksonville, Florida. After selling this successful business, Dave started a real estate development company whose primary focus was building and operating climate-controlled self-storage facilities. Dave joined James in 2016 and together they started the Miller Group. Dave has served on the Amelia Island Club Board and lives with his wife, Kathy, and their dog Sheldon at the Amelia Island Plantation.
